Dr Simon Kay – MBChB FRNZCGP
Simon is a born and bred “Westie” and after growing up in West Auckland he graduated from Auckland Medical School in 1992. He initially pursued a very “surgical” path as a junior doctor, but in 1995, decided to pursue a career in Accident & Medical Practice and General Practice obtaining the Fellowship of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. His main interest is acute community medicine and minor surgical procedures. His non-medical passions include computing and running, both marathons and cross country. He works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at the clinic.
