Non-resident fee $250.00 + any applicable surcharges

A Funded patient is a registered patient who is enrolled in our PHO for government funding for a specific time period. Patients may only be enrolled with one practice at a time and funding depends on the government confirming that the patient is not enrolled elsewhere. Enrollment and thus funding, is done in quarterly cycles by the government. There may therefore be a delay of up to 4 weeks from enrollment before the funding is confirmed by the government. The fees above vary because this is dependent on the level of government subsidy which varies according to age. The above fees are applicable if paid at the time of service. Fees that are not paid at the time will be subject to a $5 account administration fee. The Ministry of Health rules regarding eligibility for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand can be accessed here.

Chest X-Ray Consultation $50

This is to load the case, request the X-Ray and review & report the result. Mercy Radiology will charge a separate fee for taking the X-Ray.

Laboratory Tests

Billed separately by LabTests Auckland (depend on tests required).

Minor Procedures

Price varies according to site and complexity, in our own Operating Theatre* if required- please see the doctor for a quote

• Wedge Excision of Ingrown Toenails
• Removal of skin cancer, moles, and other skin lesions
• Removal of skin tags (virtually scar-free method)
• Haemorrhoid (Piles) Ligation- binding as a curative treatment for certain “piles”.

Jadelle Contraception Insertion or Removal – $138

• 4 to 5 year duration contraceptive implant under the skin on the upper forearm, the implant itself is fully funded on prescription ie:
• Funding available to have these done FREE, please contact the practice to check.

Vasectomy – From $500

• Please note a prior consult fee of $50 is charged for pre-operative detailed explanation and options, which is then deducted from the operation fee.
• Dr Razoki is Accredited to Southern Cross to undertake these so Southern Cross will cover the full amount less any required co-payment depending on the plan.
• ProCare patients may get this heavily subsidised at approx half the usual price if they obtain a voucher from their GP.
• Operating Theatre Fee included in above fee.
