- Cardiovascular
- Diabetes Clinic
- Healthy lifestyle clinic
- Sexual Health & Contraception
- Smoking cessation clinic
Many clinics may be free for certain eligible patients eg: Diabetics, or those with two or more chronic conditions who meet certain criteria.

Nurse Prescriber
Please contact the nurses to arrange an appointment with our Nurse Prescriber. Nurse Prescribers can prescribe from a restricted list of medicines and review your health condition. They can provide health education, support with managing medications and have a detailed background in long-term conditions. This can include diabetes, hypertension, asthma, heart failure, contraception and vaccines. They prescribe from a restricted list of medicines.
